Shipping availability

Shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout. For our CJ pet-accessory collection, standard shipping is included in the product price for the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. This collection does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Processing and delivery

We aim to process in-stock orders within 3–5 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 3–10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, and stock changes can affect timing.

If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot meet the expected processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate or cancellation and refund options. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch. Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If a parcel appears delayed, damaged, or missing, email admin@rgrealtech.com with your order number so we can investigate.
